COVID GUIDELINES | St. Columba Catholic Church

We are pleased to announce that St. Columba Catholic Parish is able to resume public Masses to fifty (50) or less, using electronic signup. We will continue to livestream weekday and Sunday 10:00am Masses on YouTube (not Tuesdays). Mass times are Tuesdays 12pm, Wednesdays 8:15am (private St. Columba School student Mass), Fridays 12pm, Saturdays 5pm, Sundays 10am and 5pm. General dispensation from the obligation of attendance at Sunday Liturgy has been granted by Bishop Berg until further notice

We will be utilizing SignUp Genius to choose the day you would like to attend Mass. SignUps will be available monthly on our website. If you are having difficulty navigating the online signup process please call the office.

There are several guidelines we are required to implement, please see attached guidelines and look for posted signage when you arrive.

Each individual over the age of 3 must wear a face covering, unless a face covering would cause impairment due to an existing health condition or persons who, because of a disability are unable to wear a face covering. Face coverings are not available at the church, please bring your own.

Please arrive 20 minutes early to allow for check-in. You may have to wait outside for a brief period of time; please plan for rain or sun and an umbrella may be helpful.

Mass will begin promptly at the time designated, late entries will not be allowed.

Please cooperate with the ushers and greeters. For seating, only every other pew will be used. Members of the same family/household may sit together in the usual manner. Others please maintain a proper distance of 6 feet.

Please enter through the front side doors, not the center door. An usher will meet you and lead you to your seat via the side aisles.

Procession to Communion will be up the side aisles, returning to your pew down the center aisle.

We ask for you patience, charity and cooperation as we figure out this new process. We are excited to worship with you and glorify God together in the midst of the church. All other days the church will be open from from 7am to 7pm.

The church office is open Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 8am to 4pm.
Wednesday Mass will be live streamed at 8:15am each week on YouTube (stcolumbachurchdurango)

Scripture Study will only be live streamed on YouTube (stcolumbachurchdurango) on Fridays at 10:15am.

Friday Mass will be live streamed at 12 Noon on YouTube (stcolumbachurchdurango).
