Come one come all! We welcome you and your friends for fun, faith and fellowship as we grow together and are inspired to serve.

Get ready to embark on an incredible journey of faith, friendship, and fun this fall with our youth programs at St. Columba Parish! Guided by the inspiring words "I am the way, the truth, and the life" (John 14:6), we're thrilled to introduce you to VITA - a place where life in Christ is celebrated, friendships blossom, and faith takes flight.

VITA: Where Faith Comes to Life!

High School (Grades 9-12) 🌟 You're cordially invited to kickstart the fall season with us on August 27th at 4pm at Fort Lewis Chapel. Our youth community is eager and ready to welcome you to the Sunday Mass and then dive into a delightful evening of dinner, fellowship, and engaging activities. Bring along a friend - everyone from St. Columba, Sacred Heart, Bayfield, Ignacio, and beyond is warmly welcomed! Partnering with the Newman Club at Fort Lewis College, VITA offers an enriching space to nurture your faith and foster lasting connections with fellow young believers. Let's come together to grow stronger, united in faith and friendship.

Middle School (Grades 6-8) 🌈 Mark your calendars for the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month from 11am to 1pm at the Parish Center. Join us for an exciting blend of food, fun, faith, and fellowship. This unique opportunity allows you to explore your faith journey in a vibrant and supportive community, creating memories that will last a lifetime. Bring your enthusiasm, your curiosity, and your friends - we can't wait to kick off our middle school program!

Fall Retreat Registration

Youth Ministry Grades 6-12

VITA means “the life” in Latin from Jesus’ words, “I am the way, the truth, and the life” (John 14:6). It is a place for young people to experience the true life in Christ through prayer, belonging, and service, as active members of St. Columba. Grow in community through faith and fellowship activities throughout the year, such as small group faith sharing, service days, retreats, mission trips, youth conferences, and more. VITA is open to all youth in grades 6-12, and you may join at any time.

ALL ARE WELCOME

Middle School & High School

The high school group (9th - 12th) meets at Fort Lewis College Chapel for Mass on Sundays. After Mass, enjoy a meal, faith, and fellowship with the Newman Club.

The middle school group (6th - 8th) meets on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month after 10 am Mass, from 11:15 - 1 pm, with a light lunch provided.
